Demi Moore was born in Roswell, New Mexico on November 11, 1962. She dropped out of high school to pursue acting. After making her acting debut in 1981, she became a regular on the soap opera General Hospital. She subsequently starred in Blame it on Rio and St. Elmo’s Fire, which gained her further attention.
